Welcome to Bluestone Real Estate Services. We are your source for residential and commercial property management, commercial brokerage, and HOA management services in the Pacific Northwest. We understand and meet the needs of property owners, HOAs, and tenants.


The Bluestone Real Estate Services team has managed residential and commercial property and community associations throughout the Willamette Valley, Oregon Coast and SW Washington areas since 1972. We strive to build long-term relationships with our property owners and tenants. We begin by listening to them. Then, we develop a management plan that coincides with the owner's investment goals.


Our team believes that we aren't successful unless you are successful, and we manage each property with your wellbeing in mind. Our constant tenant communication helps us identify issues such as roof leaks and security issues that a visual inspection might miss. By spotting issues early, we can ensure your pride of ownership for many years to come.
